Human, sea turtle, and jellyfish.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
May I present my latest creation, the Drift Stalker.
I combined the DNA of both humans, sea turtles, and jellyfish to grant him breathing space in both land and water. Nutrients are absorbed through the gill-like membrane on the side of his jaw. The bumps on his stomach and the tendrils on his head and elbows can paralyze on contact leaving enemies badly shocked for up to several hours. Fear not! The jellyfish DNA deteriorated his bone and muscle structure leaving his movement somewhat sluggish.
Average Life Span- 100-115 years
Average Height- 6'1"-6'5"
Average Weight- 130-150lbs

What is he looking at? It's up to you to find out.

i like any humaoid scientific experament look to a creature i also like back story to it too which yours has which is why i love it

i think its hiding in an abandoned house watching people go by learning their ways (its hidding from the insane scientists)[link]

a whole body picture of what?

And this creature would probably make very little sounds, like a snake.

a full body picture of the creature entitled OBSERVATION but even a sketch would be satisfying just to see what it looks like form the waits down please (im not trying to sound bossy my curiosity is over whelming)

yeah. I always consider doing full body works of my creatures but I also enjoy leaving more to the imagination ;)

i see that under understandable, well one of the information you had said whats it looking at so heres a detailed script for it

when it escaped the laboratory it dashed down the hales trying to escape for the insane scientists that brought it to life some how it managed to escape when it got out side it felt cold scared and alone its hearing priced up as it heard the scientists coming for it so it keeped running finally it found a place to hide an abandoned house for some reason the scientists never thought to look there but the creature didn't care know it stays there alone watching the humans go by watching and learning there ways suddenly it heard to door creak open...
